We offer standard and next-day delivery within Singapore, and standard shipping for international orders. All deliveries are fulfilled via trusted last-mile courier partners to ensure safe and timely arrival.
2. Delivery Within Singapore
2a. Standard Delivery
Orders are delivered within 3–5 working days after processing.
2b. Next-Day Delivery
Orders placed before 12:00 PM SGT on business days are eligible for next-day delivery.
Orders placed after the cut-off time will be delivered within 2 business days.
Both options are available at checkout. Delivery timelines exclude weekends and public holidays.

4. International Shipping Fees & Timelines
Standard shipping fees and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
5. Duties & Taxes
At the moment, we do not use Duties Delivery Paid (DDP). This means customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by their local authorities/customs at the time of delivery.
If an order is refused due to unpaid duties and taxes, it may be returned to us or abandoned by local authorities. In such cases, shipping fees and any additional return costs will be deducted from your refund.
6. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Tracking information will be provided as soon as your order is shipped.
