Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery with a valid return request via our website.

Returnable items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and still have the original tags intact.

Before initiating a return, kindly note the following return rates under our returns policy:

Return rates within Singapore
A flat return shipping fee of SGD $2 applies to all local returns. If the item has a verified manufacturing defect, this fee will be waived.

Returns from outside Singapore
Return shipping fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer and may vary depending on the destination and shipping method. However, if the item is found to have a verified manufacturing defect, we will fully cover the cost of return shipping.

How do I return my order?

For customers within Singapore:
Follow the steps below to initiate a return.

For international customers:
You may follow the steps below to initiate a return, however, kindly note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is found to have a verified manufacturing defect. In that case, we will reimburse your shipping fees. Returns must be shipped to 40 Penjuru Lane, #04-01, Singapore 609216.


Step 1: Click here to log in to your account. In the "Email" field, enter the email address used to create your account.

Step 2: Check your email inbox for a message from our store and copy the six-digit verification code. Go back to the online store and enter the code.

Step 3: Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for. If your order has more than one item, select the items that you want to return.

Step 4: Select a return reason and add a note for the store, then click "Request return".

Step 5: Once confirmed, we’ll email you return instructions within 3 business days.

5a. Singapore customers: You’ll receive a shipping label and can schedule a collection date.

5b. International customers: Please ship your return to our warehouse address: 40 Penjuru Lane, #04-01, Singapore 609216. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Step 6: Pack your items securely, including all original boxes and tags. Affix the shipping label (if provided).

Step 7: Schedule your delivery.

7a. Singapore customers: Hand over the parcel to the courier on the scheduled collection date.

7b. International customers: Arrange shipping to our warehouse using your preferred courier.

Step 8: Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval.

 

Can I return the item if I changed my mind?

You can return the items if it satisfies both conditions below

Condition 1: The item was purchased from our online store AND

Condition 2: The item is in its original state (unwashed, unworn, unused, and undamaged) with all original tags and labels intact

How will I be refunded?

The amount charged would be refunded to the payment method that you used.
