How to measure foot length and width

Place child's foot on a piece of paper.
For length of foot: Mark the heel and the longest toe, draw a line that is perpendicular to each of the markings, measure the distance between the 2 lines, and refer to the foot length column.
For width of foot: Mark the widest part of the foot, typically from the ball of the foot to the end of the toes. Measure the distance and refer to the foot width column.
